We offer both daily rentals and full weekend rentals. For a full weekend rental, we deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday, giving you the entire weekend to enjoy your rental!
We aim to arrive early to set up so you can make the most of your rental time. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental period begins. On busier days, we might need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If that's the case, we'll call you the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Unfortunately, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.
We love setting up at parks, but most parks do NOT have electricity. You must get permission from the park owner to set up an inflatable at their specified park and provide Party On JAX with a written letter stating we have permission to do so.
Park rentals are daily rentals only and only upon approved permission to set up.
Renters must also carry event liability insurance for that day, which we can provide for an additional fee. Additionally, renters must pay a damage waiver liability since this is a public area, which we must give to the property owners.
If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator.
Please note that parks are first come, first serve, so be sure to secure your spot early in the day.
Party On JAX bouncers can accommodate up to six kids at a time. This number may seem small, but keep in mind that the average weight of a child is about 75 pounds.
Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15’x15′ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Yes, water slides are perfectly safe for adults to use. In fact, they can be a great way to get some exercise and have a ton of fun at the same time. As long as you take precautions and follow the safety instructions, you should be able to enjoy a water slide without any problems.
If your rental location is further than 5 miles from our office, we assess a delivery fee to help cover the costs of gas. Remember we are making 2 round trips and gas can be costly. Please call our office for a current quote.

Yes. Any rental booked will require a REFUNDABLE security deposit that is charged at checkout. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the reservation (please keep in mind that standard bank refund processing may still apply, typically 5-7 business days). The security deposit will be returned as long as there is no permanent damage or stains. Any permanent damage/stains, mud, silly string, face paint, food, and/or drinks will result in an automatic forfeit of the security deposit.
We accept cash or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
We do not allow cancellations; however, we do allow you to rebook your party for a future date.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over time. If this happens, please alert us immediately so we can address the issue. However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (such as not turning off the blower in high winds), you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, which can be costly.
We require you to sign and initial on all of our safety rules to ensure you are a trained operator and understand our guidelines.
We offer a damage waiver liability for a small fee. This helps to insure you from any damages that may occur outside of normal wear and tear. If you choose not to opt for this coverage, you accept full responsibility for the rented unit and any damages that occur.
